The folk over at Spin magazine have nominated Miike Snow’s debut for Best New Artist in their 2009 poll. You can help them win by heading over to their site and voting. Spread the word!

The band recorded this awesome session for Nick Grimshaw on Radio 1 @ Maida Vale. They are on throughout the show, but skip to 25 minutes in for the performance.

Miike Snow's album is finally out on CD today! You can pick it up at Amazon or Play.com, and of course you can get it at iTunes.

The band appeared on Later with Jools Holland last night, you can watch the performance again on iPlayer, or you can watch the full show on Friday night at 11:40 on BBC2.

You can now get the hard-to-find Mark Ronson remix of Animal from iTunes, along with remixes of Black & Blue by Tiga, Caspa, Jaymo & Andy George, Netsky and Savage Skulls.

Black and Blue is available to download now from iTunes, and if you’re into your vinyl, don’t forget that from the 19th October, the remix 12” will be available in record stores.
