Lissie has been added to Coachella’s Sunday lineup on April 15 and 22, 2012!
The 2012 edition of the annual festival in Indio, Calif. will be held for the first time over consecutive weekends, the first April 13-15 and the second April 20-22. Each weekend, featuring identical lineups, is a separate ticket. Only weekend passes are available.

Lissie’s “Covered Up With Flowers” covers EP was just released exclusively through iTunes this past Tuesday, November 1st. Three of the covers are songs the band really likes to do live: Kid Cudi’s “Pursuit of Happiness”, Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters” and Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance”. The EP also has two new covers: Joe South’s “Games People Play” and Nick Cave’s “The Ship Song”.

Monday November 7th sees the release of a CD+DVD live album, recorded at Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London, in December 2010.

Lissie will release a new EP “Covered Up With Flowers” on November 8th, 2011 in the US via Fat Possum. The EP is a collection of five cover songs, featuring her fan-favorite versions of Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance”, Kid Cudi’s “Pursuit Of Happiness”, and Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters” – live videos of which have garnered more than five million combined views on YouTube. Covered Up With Flowers also includes two new covers: Lissie’s soulful, rootsy take on Joe South’s “Games People Play” and a haunting version of Nick Cave’s “The Ship Song”.

Lissie has been named VH1’s next “You Oughta Know” artist, joining the ranks of the highly acclaimed franchise that has helped break many artists such as Adele, Sara Bareilles, Feist, Mumford & Sons, and Regina Spektor, among others. Lissie’s VH1 “You Oughta Know” support includes music videos on VH1 and streamed music videos, interview clips, tour updates, photos and more at http://on.vh1.com/ixcvq8.
