The Hands video has arrived, and you can watch it on YouTube now.

It was directed by Warren Fu, whose other recent credits include the Mark Ronson videos for Bang Bang Bang and The Bike Song.

Hands is released in the UK on October 10th, 2010.

The Retro/Grade remix of Hands is now on YouTube as well as the regular radio edit of the song.

Both versions together form the digital bundle of Hands which is available to pre-order now from iTunes - it'll arrive with you on October 10th, when the single is released.

The first single from The Ting Tings' second album will get its first plays this evening (August 18th), and you'll be able to hear it either on Radio 1 or via the band's Facebook page.

Huw Stephens will be playing Hands on his Radio 1 show which starts at 9pm.

Shortly afterwards, around 9.40pm, you’ll be able to hear it on the Facebook page, and you can of course expect it to crop up on plenty of stations and sites over the coming days. You'll also be able to download a free remix of the track, via Facebook.

The Ting Tings release their long awaited new single 'Hands' on 10th October! A work of pure electro-disco heaven, 'Hands' is a world wide shout out to everyone whose working too hard. Written and performed by Jules and Katie in their home made studio in Berlin, it has been mixed by label mate Calvin Harris.

"Our time in Berlin was a fresh start, with no rules again" explains Jules, "when you've had an album that's been successful, the danger is you go back in the studio, look back and try and emulate it:" "It's be so lazy and easy to make the same album twice" adds Katie. A blast of the dancefloor monster 'Hands' shows they mean what they say - a totally brand new sound from the Ting Tings and an exciting taste of things to come.

The band have been added to both the Wireless and Wakestock Festival Line-Ups.

Both festivals are happening in July.
