Contraband is the debut album from Velvet Revolver, a supergroup made up of Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum (formerly of Guns 'N' Roses), Dave Kushner (formerly of Wasted Youth) and Scott Weiland (formerly of Stone Temple Pilots). Their single Slither won the 2005 Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance.
